Questions
About the FMchart platform
What is FMchart?
FMchart is an all-in-one web platform for financial market charts and analytics. It brings interactive charts, market data for crypto, stocks, ETFs and indices, and crypto derivatives analytics into one workspace. It provides market information only, not investment advice.
Which markets can I chart?
Crypto spot and perpetual markets, US stocks, ETFs and indices. Crypto prices use FMCHART composite indices — one USD price per coin built from several exchanges — so a chart does not depend on a single venue.
What charting tools are included?
Candlestick, line, area, Heikin Ashi, Renko and other chart types, more than 140 technical indicators, drawing tools such as trend lines, channels and Fibonacci levels, symbol comparison, and layouts of 1, 2, 4 or 6 charts with a synced crosshair.
Do I need an account?
No. Charts, indicators, drawing tools, heatmaps and derivatives pages work without signing up. A free account adds watchlists, alerts and saved layouts.
How does the Crypto Market Heatmap work?
Each bubble is a coin from the top of the market. Its colour shows the price change over the selected period, from 5 minutes to 1 year, and its size can follow price change, market cap or volume. Filter by category and click a bubble to open that coin's chart.
What derivatives data does FMchart cover?
A futures overview, open interest by coin and exchange, funding rates normalized per 8 hours, long/short ratios, perpetual futures volume, recorded liquidations, and estimated liquidation maps, heatmaps and levels.
Does the Liquidation Map show real liquidations?
No. The Liquidation Map is an estimate: it projects where open positions could be liquidated, using open interest and an assumed mix of leverage. Liquidations that have already happened are shown in the Liquidation Tracker.
How often is the data updated?
Crypto charts update in real time. The crypto heatmap and the liquidation map refresh every minute. Stocks, ETFs and indices follow their exchange trading hours and update while their market is open.
RWA Heatmap
Tokenized stocks, ETFs and commodities as bubbles
One bubble per tokenized asset with a qualified pair, sized by CoinGecko tokenized market cap or 24H volume and colored by 24H or 7D change.
About the RWA Heatmap
The FMchart RWA heatmap shows tokenized real-world assets in one picture: tokens that track US stocks, ETFs and commodities such as gold. Every asset with at least one qualified spot pair on the exchanges FMchart tracks is a bubble. Filter by type to see only stocks, ETFs or commodities.
Price is the volume-weighted average (VWAP) of the last prices of the asset's qualified pairs, weighted by each pair's 24-hour USD volume. A pair qualifies when it is a spot token quoted in USD or a USD stablecoin, updated within the last 3 hours, priced in line with the reference price, not flagged for wash trading and has at least $1,000 of 24-hour volume. The 24H and 7D changes come from an hourly price series built from the same pairs; missing hours are never filled in.
Market cap is the market value of the tokenized supply as reported by CoinGecko (latest daily snapshot). It is not the market capitalisation of the underlying company or fund. Assets without a CoinGecko market cap are hidden while bubbles are sized by market cap; size by 24H volume to show every asset. 24H volume counts qualified pairs only.
Market data is recalculated at most every 10 minutes and the page reloads it every minute; all times are UTC. Hover a bubble to see the token price, change, market cap, volume, issuers and exchanges, and click it to open the asset's detail page. The full methodology is on the RWA Overview page.
Frequently asked questions
What is an RWA heatmap?
A bubble map of tokenized real-world assets. Each bubble is one underlying asset, such as a tokenized share or a gold token. Its color shows the price change and its size shows the tokenized market value or the 24-hour trading volume.
Is the market cap the company's market cap?
No. It is CoinGecko's value of the tokenized supply of that asset, which is usually a small fraction of the market capitalisation of the company or fund behind it.
Why are some assets missing when sizing by market cap?
CoinGecko does not report a market value for every tokenized asset. Drawing those assets as small bubbles would suggest a small market cap, so the heatmap hides them while sizing by market cap and says how many are hidden. Size by 24H volume to see them.
Why do weekend prices barely move?
Tokenized stock trading is concentrated in US market hours, so weekend and overnight volume is much lower and many assets show little change.
