Volume Bubbles Chart (1h)
Each 1-hour candle's volume is signed by its direction (up candles count as net buying, down candles as net selling) and drawn as a bubble at the closing price, green for buying and red for selling. Bubble size and colour intensity show how strong that flow is compared with the last 300 candles: the strongest 30% get full bubbles with their USD value, the rest stay as small dots. Unusually large bubbles flag aggressive buying or selling worth a closer look, often near breakouts, reversals or key levels.Seasonal Chart
Plots one line per calendar year showing the % change since the start of that year, with the current year highlighted against up to four previous years. Lining the years up on the same calendar shows whether the price tends to rise or fall in the same months, helping you spot recurring seasonal patterns. Treat it as context rather than a forecast: past seasonality does not guarantee future moves.Espresso Markets

About Espresso (ESP)
Espresso is a blockchain infrastructure project built around the HotShot consensus protocol. The Espresso Foundation describes the network as a proof-of-stake system with a validator set securing the network.
ESP is the native token of Espresso. The token is an ERC-20 on Ethereum and can also be bridged to Arbitrum One. ESP is used for consensus participation, delegation, protocol fees and data-processing fees.
Espresso's published token materials state an initial supply of 3.59 billion ESP and no fixed maximum supply because staking rewards can change the total supply. This makes ESP's supply model different from a token with a hard maximum.
The Espresso Foundation says the network began its transition to proof of stake in February 2026. Current staking documentation identifies the top 100 validator nodes by delegated stake as the active validator set.
ESP holders can stake or delegate tokens to validators. The Foundation currently describes a targeted regular staking reward rate of 3–4% annually, while a separate boosted program applies only to eligible airdropped ESP that met its staking conditions.
ESP is also used inside Espresso's fee model. The Foundation says general protocol fees and data-processing fees are paid in ESP, connecting token utility with network activity rather than only governance or rewards.
Espresso and HotShot
HotShot is the consensus protocol securing Espresso. The current network uses proof of stake, with validators selected according to stake.
ESP utility
ESP supports staking, delegation, protocol fees and data-processing fees within the Espresso ecosystem.
ESP supply
Espresso states an initial supply of 3.59 billion ESP and no fixed maximum supply because staking rewards can affect total issuance.
ESP staking
The Foundation says the active validator set consists of the top 100 validator nodes by stake. Users can delegate ESP to validators.
ESP risks
ESP's supply can change through staking rewards, while network security depends on validator participation and the continued operation of Espresso infrastructure.
