Volume Bubbles Chart (1h)
Each 1-hour candle's volume is signed by its direction (up candles count as net buying, down candles as net selling) and drawn as a bubble at the closing price, green for buying and red for selling. Bubble size and colour intensity show how strong that flow is compared with the last 300 candles: the strongest 30% get full bubbles with their USD value, the rest stay as small dots. Unusually large bubbles flag aggressive buying or selling worth a closer look, often near breakouts, reversals or key levels.Seasonal Chart
Plots one line per calendar year showing the % change since the start of that year, with the current year highlighted against up to four previous years. Lining the years up on the same calendar shows whether the price tends to rise or fall in the same months, helping you spot recurring seasonal patterns. Treat it as context rather than a forecast: past seasonality does not guarantee future moves.Jito Markets
Jito Historical Data
About Jito (JTO)
Jito (JTO) is the governance token of the Jito Network on Solana. Jito runs JitoSOL, a liquid staking token, and software that lets Solana validators earn extra income from transaction ordering. JTO holders vote in the Jito DAO, which controls protocol fees. The price on this page is FMchart's composite, calculated in US dollars from trading on several exchanges.
JitoSOL and liquid staking
Staking SOL normally locks it up. With JitoSOL, users deposit SOL and receive a token that keeps earning staking rewards while it can still move around DeFi. JitoSOL also passes on part of the MEV income validators collect. That makes JitoSOL a different asset from JTO. JitoSOL tracks staked SOL, while JTO is a governance token whose price floats freely.
MEV, tips and BAM
MEV, or maximal extractable value, is profit from the order of transactions in a block. Jito's validator client and Block Engine let traders pay tips to have bundles of transactions included. Validators running Jito's client collect these tips alongside normal staking rewards. In July 2025, Jito announced BAM, the Block Assembly Marketplace. BAM uses trusted execution environments to order transactions privately and lets builders add plugins to customize how blocks are assembled.
The 2023 airdrop
JTO launched on December 7, 2023, the day its airdrop claim window opened, with a total supply of 1 billion tokens. Ten percent, or 100 million JTO, was airdropped to JitoSOL holders, Jito-Solana validators and MEV searchers, based on a snapshot taken on November 25, 2023. Decrypt reported that about 25% went to the Jito Foundation and about 16.2% to investors. The rest went to core contributors and the wider community. JitoSOL users claimed through the Jito website, while validators and searchers used an open-source tool.
Fees, JTX and buybacks
A July 2026 governance proposal, JIP-38, describes Jito as a token-centric network, with revenue from JitoSOL, the Block Engine and BAM flowing to the DAO. Jito also launched JTX, a self-custody platform for trading Solana tokens and tokenized real-world assets. According to The Block, 80% of JTX trading fees are allocated to the Jito DAO to buy back and burn JTO.
What can weigh on JTO
JTO's value depends on Solana activity, so outages or a falling SOL price can hurt it too. When trading slows, MEV tips and fees fall, and so does revenue for the DAO. Rival staking providers and validator clients compete for the same users, and other block-building tools could reduce Jito's share of MEV. Large allocations to the foundation, contributors and investors unlock over time, which can add selling pressure. Governance can also change how fees are shared, as JIP-38 shows.

Jito (JTO) FAQ
What is Jito (JTO)?
JTO is the governance token of Jito, a Solana network known for JitoSOL liquid staking and MEV infrastructure for validators. Holders vote in the Jito DAO on fees and treasury use. JTO launched in December 2023 with a 1 billion token supply, and 10% went out in an airdrop.
What is JitoSOL?
JitoSOL is a liquid staking token: you deposit SOL, it is staked with validators, and you hold a token that keeps earning rewards. JitoSOL also adds a share of MEV income. It remains usable in DeFi. JitoSOL follows the value of staked SOL, which makes it very different from the JTO governance token.
What is MEV on Solana, and how does Jito use it?
MEV is extra value earned from ordering transactions inside a block. On Solana, Jito's validator client and Block Engine let traders attach tips to bundles of transactions they want included. Validators collect those tips alongside their normal rewards, and part of the income reaches JitoSOL holders and the Jito DAO.
What is the price of JTO today?
Right now JTO is priced near $0.4278 on FMchart's composite, which combines quotes from several exchanges. Trading over the last 24 hours reached about $3.23M across the exchanges in FMchart's composite. A single exchange may show a slightly different number.
How many JTO tokens exist?
JTO has a total supply of 1 billion tokens, and about 536,934,250 JTO are circulating today. The rest are allocated to the foundation, contributors and investors and unlock over time. At the current price, circulating JTO is valued near $229.7M, ranking it 162.
What was JTO's highest price?
JTO hit its all-time high of $6.01 on Dec 7, 2023. Price Statistics shows the gap between that record and the current price, along with the all-time low. Prices for newly airdropped tokens often swing hard in their first months of trading.
How has JTO performed since FMchart started tracking it?
In FMchart's composite price history (since December 2023), JTO recorded its largest monthly rise in December 2023 (+841.5%) and its largest fall in November 2025 (-48.4%). Check Monthly Returns (USD) for the months in between and Annual Price (USD) Change for each calendar year. The record so far has been uneven.
Does Jito buy back or burn JTO?
Yes, through JTX, Jito's self-custody trading platform launched in July 2026. The Block reported that 80% of JTX trading fees are allocated to the Jito DAO to buy back and burn JTO. The size of those burns depends on how much trading JTX attracts, so the amount can vary from month to month.
What is Jito BAM?
BAM, short for Block Assembly Marketplace, is Jito's system for building Solana blocks. Announced in July 2025, it uses trusted execution environments so transactions can be ordered privately, and it supports plugins from outside developers. Jito presents it as a way to make block building more transparent for validators and traders.
Is JTO a good investment?
FMchart takes no view on whether anyone should own JTO. Its value depends on Solana activity, MEV income and how the DAO directs fees. Locked tokens continue to unlock, and competition among staking providers is strong. JTO has also seen large price moves since its 2023 launch.
