Volume Bubbles Chart (1h)

Each 1-hour candle's volume is signed by its direction (up candles count as net buying, down candles as net selling) and drawn as a bubble at the closing price, green for buying and red for selling. Bubble size and colour intensity show how strong that flow is compared with the last 300 candles: the strongest 30% get full bubbles with their USD value, the rest stay as small dots. Unusually large bubbles flag aggressive buying or selling worth a closer look, often near breakouts, reversals or key levels.

Seasonal Chart

Plots one line per calendar year showing the % change since the start of that year, with the current year highlighted against up to four previous years. Lining the years up on the same calendar shows whether the price tends to rise or fall in the same months, helping you spot recurring seasonal patterns. Treat it as context rather than a forecast: past seasonality does not guarantee future moves.

About Decentraland (MANA)

Decentraland (MANA) is a virtual world where people meet, attend events and build scenes on parcels of digital land. The project was founded in 2015 and opened to the public in 2020, supported by the non-profit Decentraland Foundation. MANA is its ERC-20 token on Ethereum. Prices for MANA here come from FMchart's composite, an average of several exchange quotes in US dollars.

Parcels, Estates and Worlds

Space in Decentraland's shared map, Genesis City, is divided into LAND parcels. Each parcel is a non-fungible token measuring 16 by 16 meters. Two or more adjacent parcels can be grouped into an Estate, which makes larger builds easier to manage. Worlds are separate personal 3D spaces that come with a Decentraland NAME. Creators can also design and sell Wearables and Emotes, and the docs say they keep 97.5% of their earnings.

What MANA pays for

MANA is the fungible currency of the ecosystem. People use it to buy LAND, NAMEs and other digital items, or trade it for goods and services inside the world. A NAME is an official username for an avatar, owned on the blockchain and linked to the ENS naming network. Each NAME also comes with a personal World and 100 voting power. When items sell on the primary market in the Decentraland Marketplace, a 2.5% fee goes to the DAO treasury.

Votes weighted by MANA, NAMEs and LAND

The Decentraland DAO controls the smart contracts behind LAND, Estates and the Marketplace. Proposals are voted on through Snapshot, and voting costs no gas because voters only sign a message with their wallet. Voting power comes from several assets: 1 MANA gives 1 VP, each NAME adds 100 VP and each LAND parcel adds 2,000 VP. That weighting gives landowners a large voice in decisions.

A treasury fed by a 10-year stream

Most DAO funding comes from a 10-year vesting contract worth 222,000,000 MANA, which started on February 19, 2020. Tokens in it vest every second, so the stream is due to run until February 2030. Marketplace fees, including a share of OpenSea sales of Decentraland items, add smaller amounts. Anyone can follow the balance through a transparency dashboard in the Governance dApp. After the vesting ends, the DAO would need to rely on its remaining treasury and other income.

Audience and funding questions

Decentraland's value depends on people choosing to spend time there. On March 30, 2026, it launched on the Epic Games Store, which Decentraland says reaches 74 million people every month. LAND and MANA prices can drop when interest in virtual worlds fades. The 2030 end of treasury vesting adds uncertainty about long-term funding for development. The DAO's results also depend on how Regenesis Labs, its execution arm, delivers the projects it is given.

Decentraland (MANA) FAQ

What is Decentraland (MANA)?

Decentraland is a virtual world on Ethereum where users own land, host events and build scenes, and MANA is its ERC-20 token. The project was founded in 2015 and opened to the public in 2020. A DAO controls the contracts for LAND, Estates and the Marketplace.

What is MANA used for?

MANA buys LAND parcels, NAMEs, Wearables and other items in Decentraland, and it can be traded for goods and services inside the world. It also counts toward voting power in the DAO, at 1 VP per MANA. Primary sales in the Marketplace carry a 2.5% fee that goes to the DAO treasury.

What is LAND in Decentraland?

LAND is a non-fungible token that represents one 16 by 16 meter parcel in Genesis City, Decentraland's shared map. Owners can build scenes on it, and two or more adjacent parcels can be combined into an Estate. Each parcel also gives 2,000 voting power in the DAO, far more than a single MANA.

How does voting work in the Decentraland DAO?

Holders vote on proposals through Snapshot without paying gas, because a vote is only a signed message from their Ethereum wallet. Voting power comes from MANA at 1 VP each, NAMEs at 100 VP and LAND at 2,000 VP per parcel. The DAO controls the LAND, Estate and Marketplace contracts.

Is Decentraland on the Epic Games Store?

Yes. Decentraland became available to download through the Epic Games Store on March 30, 2026. New players who download it there receive an exclusive Epic Arrival Shield wearable. Decentraland said the store gives it access to the 74 million people who spend time on Epic every month.

Who runs Decentraland?

No single company runs everything. The non-profit Decentraland Foundation supports the platform, while the Decentraland DAO controls the smart contracts for LAND, Estates and the Marketplace. The DAO is funded mainly by a 10-year MANA vesting contract that started in February 2020 and is due to end in February 2030.

What is the MANA price today?

MANA trades at about $0.0773 on FMchart's composite, an average of several exchange prices. Roughly $553.6K of MANA changed hands across the exchanges in FMchart's composite during the past 24 hours. Next to the price, the header shows the day's percentage move and MANA's 24h Range.

How much MANA is in circulation?

Around 1,958,308,965 MANA is circulating, valued at about $151.3M at the current price. That puts MANA at number 205 among cryptocurrencies by market cap. More tokens still sit in the DAO's vesting contract, which releases MANA every second until February 2030.

What is the all-time high price of MANA?

MANA's peak so far is $5.85, reached on Nov 25, 2021. Price Statistics shows how far today's price is from that level and from the all-time low. Past highs are part of MANA's history, not a guide to its next move or a price target.

How has MANA performed over time?

In FMchart's composite price history (since April 2021), MANA climbed most in October 2021 (+319.0%) and dropped most in April 2022 (-45.2%). The full grid sits under Monthly Returns (USD), and Annual Price (USD) Change shows how each calendar year ended. Quarterly Closing Price (USD) gives quarter-end levels.
