Volume Bubbles Chart (1h)
Each 1-hour candle's volume is signed by its direction (up candles count as net buying, down candles as net selling) and drawn as a bubble at the closing price, green for buying and red for selling. Bubble size and colour intensity show how strong that flow is compared with the last 300 candles: the strongest 30% get full bubbles with their USD value, the rest stay as small dots. Unusually large bubbles flag aggressive buying or selling worth a closer look, often near breakouts, reversals or key levels.Seasonal Chart
Plots one line per calendar year showing the % change since the start of that year, with the current year highlighted against up to four previous years. Lining the years up on the same calendar shows whether the price tends to rise or fall in the same months, helping you spot recurring seasonal patterns. Treat it as context rather than a forecast: past seasonality does not guarantee future moves.Pyth Network Markets
Pyth Network Historical Data
About Pyth Network (PYTH)
Pyth Network (PYTH) is an oracle network that delivers market prices to blockchains. Smart contracts cannot see outside data on their own, so lending apps, exchanges and derivatives platforms need a reliable price source. Pyth gathers data directly from more than 120 publishers, including exchanges, trading firms and market makers. PYTH is the network's governance and staking token. FMchart prices PYTH with a composite drawn from several major exchanges and stated in US dollars.
First-party data and the pull model
Many oracles push prices onto a chain at fixed intervals. Pyth Core works the other way around. An app fetches signed price data from an off-chain service called Hermes. It submits that data to the Pyth contract for verification and reads the checked price, all in one transaction. The app pays only when it actually needs an update. Pyth says it offers more than 500 feeds, refreshed about every 400 milliseconds, on over 100 chains.
Pyth Pro and paid market data
In late September 2025, Pyth launched Pyth Pro, a subscription service that streams low-latency market data across asset classes. It is aimed at trading firms and other institutions. The Block reported that Pyth Pro reached $1 million in annual recurring revenue within its first month. Apps also need a Pyth API key to read prices from the Hermes service used by Pyth Core.
What PYTH holders can do
PYTH holders can stake tokens to vote in the Pyth DAO, with one staked token equal to one vote. Through Oracle Integrity Staking, PYTH is also staked as a guarantee for publishers' data, and stakes can be penalized when a publisher supplies inaccurate prices. In December 2025, the Pyth DAO started the PYTH Reserve, which buys PYTH on the open market. OP-PIP-136, a DAO proposal posted in September 2026 and since approved, replaced its monthly one-third-of-treasury rule with purchases tied to the DAO's share of Pyth Pro revenue.
Supply and unlock schedule
PYTH has a total supply of 10 billion tokens. When the token launched in November 2023, 1.5 billion were in circulation. The remaining 8.5 billion were locked. They unlock in four equal tranches about 6, 18, 30 and 42 months after launch, around May 2024, May 2025, May 2026 and May 2027. More than half of all tokens, 52%, are set aside for ecosystem growth.
Unlocks, rivals and feed risk
PYTH's value depends on whether heavy oracle usage turns into revenue that the network can capture. Scheduled unlocks add supply, and the last tranche is due around May 2027. Pyth competes with other oracle providers for the same customers. A faulty price feed could cause losses for apps that depend on it, which is why publisher staking and penalties exist. Like other tokens, PYTH has been volatile.

Pyth Network (PYTH) FAQ
What is Pyth Network (PYTH)?
Pyth Network is an oracle that supplies real-time market prices to smart contracts on more than 100 blockchains. Its data comes straight from over 120 publishers such as exchanges, trading firms and market makers. PYTH is the network's token, used for governance votes and for staking behind data publishers.
How is Pyth different from other oracles?
Pyth uses first-party data, meaning prices come from the firms that trade the markets rather than from third-party aggregators. It also uses a pull model: apps request a signed price only when they need it and verify it on-chain in the same transaction. Pyth says this is cheaper and keeps prices fresher than pushing updates on a schedule.
What is Pyth Pro?
Pyth Pro is a paid market data service that Pyth launched in late September 2025. It streams low-latency market data across many asset classes. It targets trading firms and other institutions, and its revenue now shapes PYTH Reserve purchases. The Block reported about $1 million in annual recurring revenue in its first month.
How much does one PYTH token cost?
One PYTH costs about $0.0729 on FMchart's composite, drawn from several major exchanges and stated in dollars. Roughly $6.02M of PYTH has traded since this time yesterday across the exchanges in FMchart's composite. Spot prices on individual exchanges can differ from this composite by a small margin.
How many PYTH tokens are circulating?
About 7,874,958,880 PYTH circulate from a total of 10 billion, and the remainder unlocks in scheduled tranches through about May 2027. At current prices, Pyth Network's circulating tokens are worth near $574.1M, for a rank of 100. Each unlock can raise the circulating count sharply.
What is PYTH's all-time high?
PYTH reached its all-time high of $1.2 on Mar 15, 2024. The token has only traded since late 2023, and scheduled unlocks have expanded supply along the way. One past high is not evidence of future prices. Price Statistics lists the lowest price as well and today's distance from both.
How has PYTH performed in FMchart's history?
In FMchart's composite price history (since September 2024), PYTH's best month on the chart is August 2025 (+61.2%) and its weakest is March 2025 (-33.4%). Monthly Returns (USD) covers each month, while Annual Price (USD) Change compares the years available. The record is fairly short, so treat it as background rather than a forecast.
When is the next PYTH token unlock?
The next and final scheduled PYTH unlock is due around May 2027, about 42 months after the November 2023 launch. Earlier tranches unlocked around May 2024, May 2025 and May 2026, roughly 6, 18 and 30 months after launch. Each unlock can add a large amount of PYTH to the circulating supply.
Is PYTH a good investment?
FMchart does not give investment advice. Pyth serves many blockchains and has started earning subscription revenue and buying back PYTH. It also faces competition from other oracles, large scheduled unlocks and uncertainty about how much revenue reaches token holders. PYTH's price has been volatile since launch.
What affects the PYTH price?
PYTH tends to move with the wider crypto market. Network-specific factors include how many apps and chains use Pyth prices, Pyth Pro subscription revenue, the size of PYTH Reserve purchases, token unlocks and competition among oracle providers. Any incident involving a faulty price feed could also affect confidence.
