Volume Bubbles Chart (1h)
Each 1-hour candle's volume is signed by its direction (up candles count as net buying, down candles as net selling) and drawn as a bubble at the closing price, green for buying and red for selling. Bubble size and colour intensity show how strong that flow is compared with the last 300 candles: the strongest 30% get full bubbles with their USD value, the rest stay as small dots. Unusually large bubbles flag aggressive buying or selling worth a closer look, often near breakouts, reversals or key levels.Seasonal Chart
Plots one line per calendar year showing the % change since the start of that year, with the current year highlighted against up to four previous years. Lining the years up on the same calendar shows whether the price tends to rise or fall in the same months, helping you spot recurring seasonal patterns. Treat it as context rather than a forecast: past seasonality does not guarantee future moves.Sentient Markets

About Sentient (SENT)
Sentient (SENT) is the token of an open-source artificial intelligence project. Its stated aim is to keep artificial general intelligence, or AGI, open rather than controlled by a few companies. A non-profit, the Sentient Foundation, works alongside Sentient Labs, the research and product organization. The SENT price shown is FMchart's composite: several exchange feeds combined and converted to US dollars.
An $85 million seed round
In July 2024, Decrypt reported that the project had raised an $85 million seed round co-led by Founders Fund, Pantera Capital and Framework Ventures. Core contributors named then included Sandeep Nailwal, a co-founder of Polygon, and Pramod Viswanath, a Princeton engineering professor. Other backers included Ethereal, Robot Ventures and Symbolic Capital. Viswanath warned that only a few companies control access to leading AI models. The team set out to build an open platform for AGI development.
The Foundation, Labs and open models
The Sentient Foundation launched in Singapore on February 19, 2026, as a non-profit. Sentient Labs builds frameworks such as ROMA and open-source models such as Dobby. In June 2026, the Foundation committed $42 million to an Open Source AGI Grant and Investment Program for developers, researchers and companies. Before the token launched, the Sentient Chat beta passed 290,000 unique users and answered over 22,000,000 queries, according to the project.
Exactly 2 to the power of 35
The total supply is 34,359,738,368 SENT, which equals 2 to the power of 35. The community allocation is 65.55% of supply. It is made up of 44% for community initiatives and the airdrop, 19.55% for ecosystem and R&D, and 2% for a public sale. The team holds 22% and investors 12.45%. The tokenomics also describe annual emissions of 2% directed into a dedicated Community Emission Pool.
Airdrop checks and vesting
Airdrop registration closed on November 29, 2025. It required a one-time selfie used to create a zero-knowledge proof that each person was unique. For the community and ecosystem buckets, 30% unlocked at the token generation event and the remaining 70% vests linearly over four years. Team tokens sit behind a one-year cliff and then vest over six years. Investor tokens also have a one-year cliff and vest over four years. The small public sale allocation was fully unlocked at launch.
Unlocks and untested demand
Most SENT supply was still locked after launch, and team and investor tokens begin vesting once their one-year cliffs pass. Those releases can add tokens to the market for several years, and the team schedule runs two years longer than the investor schedule. SENT is designed for staking, governance and paying for agents, models and data services. How much real demand those uses create is not yet clear. The project also competes with heavily funded AI labs.

Sentient (SENT) FAQ
What is Sentient (SENT) crypto?
SENT is the token of Sentient, an open-source AI project that wants AGI to stay open and decentralized. It is used for staking, governance and paying for agents, models and data services in the ecosystem. The non-profit Sentient Foundation and the research group Sentient Labs drive the project.
What is the Sentient Foundation?
The Sentient Foundation is a non-profit launched in Singapore on February 19, 2026. Its stated mission is to keep AGI open-source, decentralized and aligned with humanity's interests. In June 2026, it committed $42 million to a grant and investment program for open-source AGI builders.
Why does SENT have 34,359,738,368 tokens?
The number is exactly 2 to the power of 35, a figure the project chose for its total supply. Of that total, 65.55% is allocated to the community, 22% to the team and 12.45% to investors. The tokenomics also set annual emissions of 2% into a Community Emission Pool.
Who is behind Sentient?
Decrypt named Sandeep Nailwal, a Polygon co-founder, and Princeton professor Pramod Viswanath as core contributors when Sentient raised an $85 million seed round in 2024. Founders Fund, Pantera Capital and Framework Ventures co-led that round. Since February 2026, the Sentient Foundation has led the project alongside Sentient Labs.
When do SENT team and investor tokens unlock?
Both groups have a one-year cliff from the token generation event, so nothing unlocked for them at launch. After the cliff, team tokens vest linearly over six years and investor tokens over four years. Those schedules can add supply to the market over a long period.
How did the Sentient airdrop work?
Registration closed on November 29, 2025. Eligible groups included community members with qualifying roles, Sentient Chat users, top voices and outside researchers. Each person had to pass a one-time selfie check that produced a zero-knowledge proof of uniqueness. The image was not stored, according to the project.
