Spark is an on-chain capital allocator focused on stablecoins, DeFi and real-world assets. Spark's current website describes a governance-driven system that allocates and rebalances capital across supported markets.

SPK is Spark's native governance and staking token. Current Spark documentation says SPK holders can vote directly on proposals, delegate voting power and stake tokens.

Spark states that 10 billion SPK were minted at genesis. Its current token documentation allocates 65% to Sky farming, 23% to the Spark ecosystem and 12% to the team, with different vesting and distribution rules.

The Sky farming allocation is distributed over ten years. Spark's documentation gives yearly amounts for the farming campaign, while the ecosystem and team allocations follow their own schedules.

The SPK airdrop has concluded. Spark's documentation gives December 17, 2025 as the final claiming date, so current content should not describe the historical airdrop as an open claim.

Spark governance centers on changes to the Spark Agent artifact in the Sky Atlas. Current governance documentation says proposals can address budgets, risk settings, asset onboarding, integrations and new chain deployments.
