Volume Bubbles Chart (1h)
Each 1-hour candle's volume is signed by its direction (up candles count as net buying, down candles as net selling) and drawn as a bubble at the closing price, green for buying and red for selling. Bubble size and colour intensity show how strong that flow is compared with the last 300 candles: the strongest 30% get full bubbles with their USD value, the rest stay as small dots. Unusually large bubbles flag aggressive buying or selling worth a closer look, often near breakouts, reversals or key levels.Seasonal Chart
Plots one line per calendar year showing the % change since the start of that year, with the current year highlighted against up to four previous years. Lining the years up on the same calendar shows whether the price tends to rise or fall in the same months, helping you spot recurring seasonal patterns. Treat it as context rather than a forecast: past seasonality does not guarantee future moves.Zama Markets

About Zama (ZAMA)
Zama (ZAMA) is the utility token of the Zama Protocol, a confidentiality layer that sits on top of existing blockchains. It relies on fully homomorphic encryption, or FHE, which lets computers process data while it stays encrypted. The token pays protocol fees and rewards the operators who run the network. This page tracks ZAMA with FMchart's composite, which pools trades from several exchanges into a US dollar price.
Computing on encrypted data
On a typical public blockchain, balances and transfer amounts are visible to anyone. The protocol lets apps issue, manage and trade assets while keeping those values encrypted. Heavy FHE work runs on separate coprocessors, and a key management service run by a group of operators handles decryption. Ethereum mainnet was the first live chain. The litepaper also planned support for other EVM chains and Solana during 2026, and Zama's site is the place to check which have gone live.
A sealed-bid auction in January 2026
The main public sale was a confidential sealed-bid Dutch auction held from January 21 to 24, 2026. Zama reported 11,103 unique bidders and $118.5M in total value committed. It sold 880,000,000 tokens, equal to 8% of the initial supply, at a clearing price of $0.05. The auction was 218% oversubscribed, and winning bids paid $44,000,000 in total. Trading opened on February 2, 2026, at 1:00 PM UTC.
Fees burned, rewards minted
ZAMA is used to pay for encryption and decryption, and it rewards the operators and stakers who run and secure the network. According to Zama, all fees are burned, while rewards are minted on a yearly emission schedule. Fees are set in US dollars, for example between $0.001 and $0.1 for a decryption and between $0.01 and $1 for bridging. The overall effect on supply depends on how much the protocol is used compared with the rate of new rewards.
Eighteen operators and liquid staking
Staking went live on mainnet on January 19, 2026, with 18 operators: 5 run FHE nodes and 13 run key management nodes. The yearly emission rate was initially set at 5%, with key management nodes receiving 60% of rewards and FHE nodes 40%. Delegators receive a liquid token for each operator, and unstaking has a 7-day unbonding period. Protocol upgrades, including fee changes, need approval from a majority of operators.
Lockups and legal exposure
The litepaper says 20% of the supply circulated at launch, with the rest under lockups. Team, venture and angel allocations have a one-year cliff before their first unlock. In May 2026, a US court ordered Circle to temporarily freeze a Zama contract holding about $12.5 million in USDC. The case involved an unrelated protocol. The court lifted the freeze, and Zama said no funds were lost.

Zama (ZAMA) FAQ
What is Zama (ZAMA) crypto?
ZAMA is the utility token of the Zama Protocol, which adds confidentiality to existing blockchains using fully homomorphic encryption. The token pays for encryption and decryption and rewards operators and stakers. It began trading on February 2, 2026, after a public auction in January.
What is fully homomorphic encryption?
Fully homomorphic encryption, or FHE, is a technique that lets computers run calculations on data without decrypting it. Zama uses it so smart contracts can process balances and amounts that stay hidden from the public. The heavy computation runs on dedicated coprocessors operated by network operators.
How did the Zama public auction work?
It was a confidential sealed-bid Dutch auction held from January 21 to 24, 2026. Zama reported 11,103 unique bidders and a clearing price of $0.05. The sale placed 880,000,000 tokens, or 8% of the initial supply, and was 218% oversubscribed, with winning bids paying $44 million.
Which blockchains is ZAMA on?
The ZAMA token was deployed on Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana at launch, with official contract addresses published by Zama. The protocol itself went live first on Ethereum mainnet. Its litepaper planned support for other EVM chains and Solana during 2026.
Is ZAMA deflationary?
Not by design alone. Zama burns all protocol fees, but it also mints new tokens each year to reward operators and stakers, starting at a 5% yearly emission rate. Whether total supply shrinks or grows depends on how much fee revenue the protocol burns compared with those new rewards.
How do you stake ZAMA?
Holders delegate ZAMA to one of the network's operators through Zama's staking portal, which went live on January 19, 2026. Delegators receive a liquid token for that operator, representing their share of rewards. Unstaking has a 7-day unbonding period before tokens can be moved again.
What is ZAMA trading at?
ZAMA is trading around $0.071 on FMchart's composite, a price built from several exchanges. Over the past day, about $5.35M of ZAMA traded across the exchanges in FMchart's composite. For comparison, the January 2026 public auction cleared at $0.05 per token, before open trading began.
How many ZAMA tokens are circulating?
About 2,552,861,113 ZAMA are in circulation, giving a market cap near $181.3M. There is no fixed maximum: fees are burned while new tokens are minted as staking rewards. Locked team, venture and angel allocations will add more supply after their one-year cliffs pass.
What is ZAMA's all-time high?
The top price ZAMA has reached is $0.1074, on Sep 23, 2026. Trading began on February 2, 2026, so the record is shorter than for older coins. The Price Statistics panel tracks the distance between today's quote, that high and the all-time low.
How has ZAMA performed since launch?
In FMchart's composite price history (since February 2026), ZAMA's top month is July 2026 (+57.2%) and its bottom month is February 2026 (-39.2%). Monthly Returns (USD) shows each month, though the record is short because the token launched in February 2026. Annual Price (USD) Change fills in as full years pass.
