Liquidation Radar
Connecting…Monitor estimated crypto liquidation levels and reported real-time liquidation events across supported exchanges.

0≤ 100
Heat 0–100 = 60 % open volume vs the largest zone on the same side + 40 % closeness to the price (within 10 %). Next target = the nearest zone at or above the Target setting (gold frame); if no zone qualifies, no target is shown.
Heatmap cells below the chosen percentile of volume stay dark (median by default), so the largest clusters stand out. Open now: each cell shows the volume still open today, from the candle where the level formed. Over time: fades from the volume at formation to what is still open. Price step groups levels into wider price bands; Bar width sets how tall each band is (lower = thin bars with gaps).
Strength = estimated exposure when a level formed, relative to the strongest open level (100). Only levels inside the range are drawn. Zones, alerts and tables are not affected.

How it works
Estimated levels are a model
The zones come from the same model as the Liquidation Map and Liquidation Levels: every 5 minutes FMchart measures how open interest changed on each exchange, places new positions at that price and spreads them across an ASSUMED leverage mix (exchanges do not publish position leverage). Each gets a liquidation price of entry × (1 − 1/leverage + maintenance margin) for longs and entry × (1 + 1/leverage − maintenance margin) for shorts. Amounts are in US dollars at the current price. These are estimates, not real positions and not liquidations that happened. Levels come from positions opened over about the last 37 days; the 5m / 15m / 1h / 4h choice only sets the candles shown (24 hours to 30 days), not the position window. Strength uses the exposure still remaining on open levels (100 = the strongest open level). On the chart, each level is a bar from the candle where it formed until the price touched it; brighter means stronger (strength 100 = the strongest level still open). Open short levels are red and sit above the price, open long levels are green and sit below it; levels the price already reached are gray. Open interest counts one side of each contract, exchanges are added together once each, and exchanges that report both sides are halved first.
Zone status
Approaching: the price is within max(0.2%, the median candle range of the last 24 candles of the selected timeframe) of the zone's near edge; it clears only after the price moves 25% further away and at least 10 seconds have passed, so it does not flicker. Touched: the price reached the zone. Crossed: the price went through the whole zone — checked on the full path between two updates and on candle highs and lows after a reload, so a jump over a zone is not missed. Liquidation events observed: only after a touch, when the exchanges report at least one real liquidation of the same coin and side, within 60 seconds before to 10 minutes after the touch, at a price inside the zone (± 0.2%). The window starts before the touch because a single exchange's price can reach a zone before the median does, and runs 10 minutes after because exchanges report with a delay. It does not mean the whole zone was liquidated. Stale: the estimates are more than 15 minutes behind or live prices stopped; alerts pause until data is fresh.
Prices and coverage
Candles are the median mark price of perpetual contracts across the included exchanges (Binance, Bybit, Bitget, Gate, Hyperliquid, Lighter, Kraken and dYdX, plus other exchanges FMchart collects for the "All Exchanges" totals); history comes in 5-minute bars and the latest candle is updated about every second from the live mark-price feeds of the exchanges that provide one (an exchange without a live feed, such as Hyperliquid, shows 5-minute data only). There is no trading volume because the candles are mark prices. Live Liquidations and the four tables cover all coins by default (use "Only" to limit them to the selected coin); individual orders are shown only for exchanges that allow it, and other exchanges are grouped as "Other". The radar only marks the current price — it is not a liquidation signal. Not financial advice.
