Volume Bubbles Chart (1h)
Each 1-hour candle's volume is signed by its direction (up candles count as net buying, down candles as net selling) and drawn as a bubble at the closing price, green for buying and red for selling. Bubble size and colour intensity show how strong that flow is compared with the last 300 candles: the strongest 30% get full bubbles with their USD value, the rest stay as small dots. Unusually large bubbles flag aggressive buying or selling worth a closer look, often near breakouts, reversals or key levels.Seasonal Chart
Plots one line per calendar year showing the % change since the start of that year, with the current year highlighted against up to four previous years. Lining the years up on the same calendar shows whether the price tends to rise or fall in the same months, helping you spot recurring seasonal patterns. Treat it as context rather than a forecast: past seasonality does not guarantee future moves.Meteora Markets

About Meteora (MET)
Meteora (MET) is the token of Meteora, a liquidity protocol on Solana. Traders swap tokens against pools that liquidity providers fund, and those providers earn fees. Meteora describes itself as infrastructure for token launches and liquidity providers. MET launched in October 2025. The MET price displayed here is FMchart's composite, which averages trading on several exchanges into US dollars.
Price bins and dynamic fees
Meteora's main product is DLMM, short for Dynamic Liquidity Market Maker. Instead of spreading money across every possible price, providers place it in narrow ranges called bins. Trades inside the active bin fill at that bin's fixed price, with no slippage. Price moves only when that bin runs out. Fees also adjust, rising when markets turn volatile. Other products include DAMM v2 pools and a Dynamic Bonding Curve for new tokens.
A restart after Mercurial
Meteora grew out of Mercurial Finance, a Solana project. Large amounts of Mercurial's MER token were caught up in the 2022 collapse of FTX and Alameda Research. Rather than keep MER, the team chose to rebuild with a new token. Meteora was launched in February 2023 by the team behind Jupiter, a Solana trading aggregator. Former Mercurial stakeholders received a share of MET at launch.
How MET launched
MET went live on October 23, 2025, with a total supply of 1 billion tokens. About 48%, or 480 million MET, circulated from the first day. Mercurial stakeholders received 15% of supply, and a Mercurial reserve held another 5%. Meteora's liquidity points program accounted for 15%. Another 10% went out through a Liquidity Distributor, which gave recipients MET already placed in trading pools instead of plain tokens. Initial trading took place in a Meteora DAMM v2 pool, and the airdrop claim window closed on January 23, 2026.
Launch pools on a bonding curve
Meteora also offers a Dynamic Bonding Curve for new tokens. Traders buy and sell against a virtual pool, and the price rises along a curve as demand grows. Once enough SOL or USDC has been collected, the launch moves into a regular DAMM v2 pool for ongoing trading. Trading and migration fees can be split between launchpad partners and token creators. Meteora says the tool brings the sale, anti-sniper protections, migration and liquidity management into one configurable flow.
Launchpad exposure and other risks
MET's value depends on trading in Solana pools, much of it in new and speculative tokens. Rival exchanges compete for the same liquidity, smart contracts can contain bugs, and tokens not circulating at launch can add supply over time. In February 2025, co-founder Ben Chow stepped down after the LIBRA memecoin, whose pools were created on Meteora, collapsed. Chow said Meteora's role was limited to technical support.

Meteora (MET) FAQ
What is Meteora (MET)?
MET is the token of Meteora, a Solana liquidity protocol where traders swap against pools funded by liquidity providers. Meteora describes its pools as infrastructure for token launches and liquidity providers. MET launched on October 23, 2025, with a total supply of 1 billion tokens, about 48% of it circulating on day one.
What is DLMM on Meteora?
DLMM stands for Dynamic Liquidity Market Maker, Meteora's main pool design. Providers place liquidity in narrow price bins instead of across the whole price curve. Trades inside the active bin execute at a fixed price with no slippage, and fees rise when markets turn volatile to compensate providers for extra risk.
How is Meteora related to Mercurial Finance?
Meteora is the successor to Mercurial Finance, a Solana project whose MER token was hit by the 2022 FTX and Alameda collapse. The team chose to rebuild with a new token, and Meteora was launched in February 2023. At MET's launch, Mercurial stakeholders received 15% of supply, with another 5% in a Mercurial reserve.
How much is MET trading for?
One MET currently fetches about $0.3141 on FMchart's composite, which averages several major exchanges. Over the last day, roughly $1.73M in MET traded across the exchanges in FMchart's composite. Prices on individual venues, including Solana pools, can differ a little from this blended figure.
What is MET's total and circulating supply?
MET's total supply is capped at 1 billion tokens, of which about 559,402,526 now circulate. Roughly 48% was liquid when MET launched in October 2025. At today's price, circulating MET is valued near $175.7M, which ranks it 191 among cryptocurrencies.
What is the highest price MET has reached?
MET's peak so far is $0.6869, recorded on Oct 23, 2025. Price Statistics also lists the lowest price on record and how far the current price sits from both. With a trading history that only began in October 2025, these extremes can shift quickly.
What were MET's best and worst months?
In FMchart's composite price history (since November 2025), MET's short record runs from a best month of September 2026 (+61.1%) to a worst month of March 2026 (-26.9%). Monthly Returns (USD) shows each month in a grid, and Annual Price (USD) Change totals full years. With so little history, one month can change the picture a lot.
What was the MET Liquidity Distributor?
It was part of MET's October 2025 launch. Meteora sent 10% of the total supply out as liquidity positions instead of plain tokens. JUP stakers were automatically given 3% of supply this way, and the other 7% went to eligible users on a first-come, first-served basis. Holders of these positions could earn trading fees from the pools.
What was Meteora's link to the LIBRA memecoin?
LIBRA's liquidity pools were created on Meteora before the token collapsed in February 2025. Meteora co-founder Ben Chow stepped down that month. Chow said neither he nor the Meteora team purchased, received or managed LIBRA tokens, and that Meteora's role was limited to technical support.
Is MET worth buying?
FMchart cannot judge that for any reader. MET is tied to fee income from Meteora's pools, which rises and falls with Solana trading, especially in speculative new tokens. Any value MET captures depends on that income. More than half of supply was not circulating at launch and can reach the market over time.
